Clay is one of the fastest turnaround estimators on estimates and supplements. He is detailed on looking for available parts if used or needed. He attaches a person's name and extension number.
Clay would be great at this. Every independent adjuster that comes out to our shop takes 3 to 5 days to get us an estimate back, and then when we have a supplement it even takes longer, which costs the insurance company hundreds of dollars in rental each day. Clay is very fair for both sides.
